Hello! As the owner of 100 acres, a part of the First Monday Trades Days area in Canton, Texas (1 hour east of Dallas off Interstate 20), I am offering your organization a practice and recruiting opportunity on our grounds at no charge. Thousands of people visit First Monday each month and we are the second largest Texas event, second only to the State Fair of Texas. Along with shopping pavilions, we have an old west style shopping area for First Monday that caters toward demonstrating artists, the Texicans...a living history gun fighter org. performing shootouts & skits, music and shopping for First Monday each month. If years ago any of your groups have long ago (unpleasantly) dealt with someone from the Mountain, please know that you will initially work with me as the property owner or with Delores, The Mountain manager for Old Mill. We will do all we can to work with you in a positive mannere. We assure you flexibility in meeting your needs so that The Mountain vendors and shoppers might benefit from your visible presence on our grounds. We also assure professionalism from our office.
