We are staging the first reenactment of the Battle of Mine Creek in 15 years (near the battlefield) in 15 years and want to emphasize cavalry. Mine Creek was probably the largest cavalry engagement in the Trans-Mississippi during the entire war.
60 miles from Kansas City.
