Hmmmm. Yet another "em-Barris-ment"? With all due respect to Mr. Barris, if I go out and buy / hack together a clone of Kitt, General Lee, Monkeemobile, etc., can I claim to have designed and built the originals? Can I also "authenticate" fan built clones as well as sell countless 66 batmobile copies as "last surviving TV used original", often selling the same cars over and over. The original "Futura" batmobile is one of the coolest cars ever, after the Black Beauty, of course, but I think Mr. Barris needs an ethics refresher. I guess that's why they call it "showbiz".
Don't even get me started on Volo, except to say that they have raised selling bondo and bailing wire to a fine art.
