It is pretty much impossible that Barris would make a phone call, marshals would just "show up" and take a car, and then give it to Barris as implied! Marshals need a court order to do anything. Without investigation, the marshals would know nothing about any car, and would not simply take someone's car away. Perhaps after extensive litigation the owner may have to pay a fine for exhibiting a fake, or pay damages if proven, but that is about it. That story is preposterous.

I was reading with interest about the #5 Copy being created by a fan, then immediatly siezed by marshals and taken away from the owner. With all due respect, I don't buy that story for an instant.
