I am not on the list, but am registered globally and can post and such, just that I won't "officially" be a memeber of the "Batsignal" and also would miss out on prize giveaways and such because of that. I thought globally would be best because of all the other boards that had been mentioned may be created. It also won't let me "re-register" locally since I have a global account Dan
