Hello Bat-Fans. I just received my Sept. issue of "Street Rodder", and there's an article on Bill Cushenbery. It says George Barris commissioned Bill to build the Batmobile from the Futura. The article gives credit to Bill for making the fins, the reworked wheelwells and the hood "snout". It's the first I've seen this customizer's name mentioned with the Batmobile. Anybody shed any more light on the subject? There's also a B & W picture of the '66 on pg. 259 with the article.
