He's been known to switch places with people. One episode a person wearing a master mask was killed.
But that would mean he was manipulating the person telepathically while also being a woman and a woman.
I once had idea for the Hugh/Sherlock Holmes stories where S. Holmes becomes a woman though magic and Hugh helps him.
