Just to let to Community know that there is now a SADD (Students Against Destructive Decsions) formorly Students Against Drunk Driving Chapter in Accokeek. This Chapter was the idea of my 17 year old Son. This is something that is needed in every Community. We have activities, fund raisers, educational programs, and special events planned for 2006. But we need help, we need members. We need our youth to stand up and and take the lead.
Our next meeting is January 7 at 6:30pm location to be announced later. Please if you are interested contact us for more details, we will also be having family oriented activities as well. We have a web site that is still under construction, but feel free to visit. We hope to see you soon.
