Mari, the sign your refering to was a old Caruso Homes "Own Your Own Lot" program which they do not do anymore. Furthermore, the Horizon Estates Community is sold out as well as of approx. 3-4 weeks ago. A new Caruso Homes community is planned for McKendree Rd. in Brandywine called Rose Creek.
