Posted by jak Results will be tonight and tommorrow. For East Honiara, where there are 35 polling stations, by 12 noon, 7 boxes were counted. Edward Ronia (Areka man) was leading, but very early to make any absolute prediction.

Up date on counting: Originally, it was anticipated that counting will be quick and results out by mid day, based on past experience. However, counting is taking longer, unlike in the old system, where you pour out papers from a box and count the candidates' number.
