Police vehicles (3) burnt outside of Pacific Casino hotel. I tell you, Honiara is in panic. But others are taking advantage of the situation. I saw men carrying bags of rice, corn beef etc. If I have time, I will write a critical view point on what happened. I also want to speak with a few of those involved, to ascertain the reasons clearly.

Sorry state for SI, following the PM's election. Rioting, looting, stealing and you name it have destroyed most business houses owned by Chinese. Don't really know why they pick on a particular group.Uncle Alick shop opp KGVI is on fire as at 5am this morning. Schools in town have closed. Public employees have been advised to stay home.
