Posted by Hiuare.W Your facts suggest that it is now upon the Coordinator to be served with a notice containing the grievances of the communities, which includes conditional terms of settlement, which you have proposed. That coordinator has to make a reply either to admit, partly admit or total denial and whether the coordinator has a counter-claim against the communities. All these issues will only materialize if the coordinator and members of our communities meet and discuss them. Mike, who is the best person in our communities that has the confidence to act as negotiator or mediator in order for the parties to reach an amicable settlement?

Mike, despite you were not at home during the Christmas holiday to obtain first hand information to the said case, it is interesting to note that the contents of your statements infer that you are well versed with its background and recent developments.
In any case, the coordinator must bear the final terms of possible settlement, which the communities and the coordinator are capable to seal.
