I agree JAK.
AG has the locus standi, and it can seek permanent injunction. However, to avoid later Court actions seeking variation or removal of that permanent injunction, Government must compulsory acquire that land for public purpose pursuant to section 71, 72 of the Land and Titles Act (Cap 133). This compulsorily acquisition will guarantee indefinite time for SIWA and members of the Public to drink safe and clean water.
