Its interesting Willie to raise this issue at this stage.Half Blood as an indicator for winning East Areare electon is possible up to this years election.I raised this because the so called list of candidates for 2010 election,under half blood category,it seems that they are very close relatives.I recon the chances of winning 2010 election is blur.Voters,of the half blood category may now split up,I guess,for 2010.
Using "imbalance of development" to lure voters in AAC will cost money and effort.Otherwise,half blood is a thing of the past.
