Due to work commitment, I did not see him personally but I made few calls to Dr. Gyanashwar Rao at CWM hospital and strongly demand that any delay on the part of the hospital, and that led to loss of his eye sight etc CWM hospital be held liable. Dr. Rao took my calls very seriously because I have taken out a medical negligence case against CWM hospital and he was the one that been cross examined in Court. He advised me that they could do all they can to ensure that he gets instant overseas medical treatments. 3. In fact, a brain tumor has grown and sits on his fore head, as a result, it has caused constant headache and sometimes loss of eye sight. 4. Here, he has been complaining to USP doctors about constant headache, loss of eye sight, loss of weight and water etc. 5. I am not aware whether those USP doctors have given him proper diagnosis or treatments or fully inquired into his continuous complaint of headache, loss of eye sight, loss of weight etc. A prudent doctor could have inquired into his continuous complaints, and try to establish the cause, or refer him to a medical specialist. It appears that USP doctors failed to do either. Because of inadequate medical treatments and diagnosis, our brother collapsed, and admitted at CWM hospital, Suva. 7. We yet to hear from the St. Vincent Neurosurgeon team’s report whether the brain tumor has caused problem to his eye sight. 8. Losing an eye sight temporarily etc, is totally an unfortunate situation to our brother, whom he has a great future. 9. Of course, the doctors have to remove that brain tumor in order to avoid constant headache and loss of eye sight. 10. In any case, had the USP doctors detected the brain tumor earlier, he would have been given proper treatments, which would have avoided our brother’s present situation. 11. To Brother Job, continue to pray for God's care. Hiuare. W.

1. JAK, our brother was admitted here at CWM hospital, Suva.
6. My point is that had the USP doctors advised him earlier to see a medical specialist or advised him to undergo a CT scan to detect the brain tumor, proper medical treatments could have been given to him, which would have avoided his present situation.
