Needless to pin point where to start, the security to this policy vests with the customary land tenure system. 4. For southern region, our customary land tenure system remains intact, slow and inflexible to acccomodate the bottom up approah policy. Harmonizing or adoption of the bottom up policy with our existing customary land tenure system, required, intensive ground works. 5. Should our responsible MPs, and Government representatives of Southern region provide the strategic plans towards this ground breaking works. 6. Some landowners are now enquiring about how much Government is prepared to pledge towards Southern region customary land tenure system.
