Posted by Hiuare PM challenged unless new evidence produced for his deportation he is the first person to put him on the plane. Because of mounting public out cries from both locally and internationally our Honourable PM must take a responsible approach. If Moti is a citizen of Australia, PM has a duty to listen to Australian Government, and allow the Australia due legal process to deal with his case irrespective of other reasons. Using domestic legal system to prevent foreign national to face laws of his own jurisdiction, leaves a lot questions for PM to answer in light of his continues resistance. I am not fully aware of what is happening on the ground but perhaps PM and his legal team must reconsider where they stand on this particular, controversial issue. Thanks to JAK and Hon. Eddie for reiterating their stand on this matter.

Moti's saga continues to mount in SI. PM continues to defend him based on Vanuatu courts' records. Australia Government disagrees. JAK, Andrew Radcliffe, Fred Fono and other individuals or groups, questioned Moti's appointment to take up the AG post. Despite, mounting claims and pressures, PM and his team continue to play it down.
