Hey Hiuare, you mention bottom up approach policy in oloburi logging.Do you have any information on what are the actual strategies and procedures that the government will use to implement this theory or term into practice and put them into realities?????,,,,Don't get this reply as a challenge, Actually,i just want to know how this theory gona implement by the government,,, since it had a whole alot of different meanings to different people.....
I was woundering if its the same strategies with "Bottom-up budgeting" theory !!!!
