I am a young man who still persuing my ambition and I'm really proud to be call an Arekan. I have dream that one day Are'are will be one of the admired ethnic groups in the Solomon. Not because of fancy things but because of how we as a people of same culture and traditional backgrounds can organise ourselves. I have seen many new young Arekas going to and old ones graduating from the reiognal and other tertiary institutions. This will be off course our educational life cycle. Some will be lucky to return and find jobs.Others will return only to find that jobs are scares and will just roam around until they find one, if lucky. I suggest, if we establish a common body which can organise and facilitates programs and activities(any of which you can think of)that gears towards developments of Are'are(in all aspect). We can use those young Arekas who returns from tertiary institution who have find themselves without a job to help out, temporarily or permanent if they want to. I believe, as a result, we are helping our young people to use the skills and knowledge they learned and simultaneneously help to develop Are'are(in a beneficial sense) and our nation as a whole. A're una Hi Para ni mane!!
