I have seen alot of trials and errors with so many establisments to accomodate youths and those who are trying their best to get some formal working class and scrupulously fail. There is of course the comunity centre with which they have raised so many good things that enables the drop outs to seek shelter and refuge. An 'ARE'ARE COMMUNITY CENTRE does sounds alright. I have worked in one of those here in Aussie and I have seen the changes and vital efforts that has given the drop outs some form of hope. I know its just a suggestion but of course there are other ways to amuse those who cant help themselves finacially and psycologically. In order to keep the uncertained future generation from joining the criminals, just maybe it might work to our advantage. Keep making suggestions, we might hit the mark in the end. regards,
