(something like this) and "We are responding to a very heartfelt request from a small country in our region that needs help". I believe these statements and those of some of the soldiers who are coming sum up the intention of this intervention. Let us not forget that they came here with other regional countries under a new policy that is applicable to ther own countries as well and I don't ever think that Australia would be dragging the entire region with its hidden motives. Any other interpretation of this on our part will be purely academia and speculative.
