Last Christmas I went home to 3 villages and consult with them about a business plan I developed that will economically transform some lands in Namoaraha (seven IRORAS).
Will go back to hold further talks. The plan is along the lines you two suggested here, but confined to Namoaraha region for a start and others could join later.
If any one is interested I could email them the materials I compiled to explain the business plan.I am happy to take any comment.
