Posted by Hiuare Investigation, arresting, charging and convicting of suspects are ingredients of pure legal approach or criminal laws and procedures and this intervention force must conform to it. No one is above the law of Solomon Islands.

There's no way out for the intervention force to carry out its operation lawfully unless authorized in law. They are bound to follow our invitation and do the work within our legal limits. They won't do things outside and above the laws of Solomon Islands.
