Posted by Hiuare In fact; these foreign lawyers from Aussie and NZ. Am afraid to say that these lawyers might say that their legal service to defend Rasta and others is part of RAMSI mission. Perhaps; Suri might say its irrelevant consideration for Aussie and NZ lawyers to claim RAMSI mission in this matter but for Aussie and NZ Govt they might say it is a relevant factor and they are the boss for the next 10 or more years. That is why I stated earlier that due regard must be taken to look at RAMSI actions otherwise they might be acting outside or using improper purpose to justify their cases.

JAK called for President of the Bar Association Mr. Suri to take strict approach not to allow these foreign lawyers to appear before Magistrates and High Court judges in Honiara.
