Is there any meeting to be held in Honiara so that all contibutors and interested persons have the opportunity to meet each other and review some of the matters we have discussed so far. In fact, we did well, discussion all issues affecting us. Its true that some of us will not make it because of work and other commitments; but there must be feed back and reviewing work to be done about issues we dicussed. OPTION 1. We can arrange with our Ministers and prominent leaders in town to arrange a venue and date for meeting together. This purposely to share all the matters with our Ministers in paper form as ground work. The understanding here is to show to our Minister that despite we were not assigned any specific topic to look into; we give our intellects free of charge and thus we have some folders or pamplets to deliver. Such approach will encourage all Areka contributors; our Ministers and rural people to know that Areka forum exist and will continue to serve its purpose. OPTION 2. If we agree we may ask our administrators to compile the immediate topics which necessary for us to present and deliver to our Ministers on the proposed days. COST. Should Ma'ahanua write letters to our Ministers and prominent leaders in town requesting if they can donate funds towards this proposed gathering? NEED FOR REVIEW AND FEEDBACK. There must be review and feed back work done on the matters we discussed so far so that all of us will know the responses to present agendas and to identify both old and fresh agendas need to be discussed by next year.
