Posted by Willy James Hiuare H & H Para Legal Institute established early this year 2003. Briefly its vision is to work closely with landowners in East Are'Are. Its a ground work and it needs the support and good will of all people within East Are'Are. We deliver our services through para legal training. This training covers the following modules: Module 1. Customary Land Tenure System in Are'Are. Module 2. Customary Landownership. Module 3. Identifying and Recording Customary Land Boundaries. Module 4 Recording & Registration of Customary Land. Module 5 Customary Land Registered Titles. Module 6 Customary Land Management. e.g Arata Land Trust Module 7 Land Development. e.g Leasing and licensing Module 8 Investment. e.g Trust Power to invest landowners funds. Module 9 Landowner's Benefits. e.g different percentages allocated to different classes of landowners. Module 10. Conclusion The above modules set out the ground work which H & H Para Legal Institute aimed to introduce and cultivate in East Are'Are. PRACTICAL TASK. We proposed 15-19 December Meeting at Maroupaina, Raeao village to give open eyes to all landowners from Oloburi to Honoa on the proposed project. AGENDA There are (4) four tribes to participate in this Meeting. They are Hau, Heraeri, Tetetaihaho, Hauoru and Anapapa tribe. The individual landowners of these tribes have shown interest to attend and participate. FEED BACK. This proposed model aimed to create customary land and development to complement each other in East Are'Are now and beyond. CHALLENGE. We do not represent any political groups or other interests. We are independent and committed to work closely with landowners. We need your good will and support. Willy James Hiuare
