INTERNET ACCESS VERY EXPENSIVE

Hallo allketa wantok. I have arrived back in SI in early Feb 2004. Since then i have visited this site only twice (this is the second).
It is very expensive to surf the net here. Also it is very slow. It took me almost 15 minutes to get here today. It will cost me about $10 today (30 mins surfing time).
This should give a clear picture why not many people from SI are contributing on this site.
Internet is a luxery in SI and only a few can have access to.
Thanks to all wantoks overseas.
