In Nebraska you can find a few courses for Bmx Racing. There is one in Kearney, Lincoln, and Omaha which are all sponsered by the bmx racing league. As for actual parks most are skate parks but the leniancy towards bikers is pretty good. These parks can be found in Grand Island.
Nice size one with plenty of ground and ramps, half pipe, quarter pipes, rails, walls, and assortment of boxes. Only draw back is that it is metal everything and some pretty slick concrete.
the Minden one was torn down.
Aurora is a tiny one that sets on two tennis courts. It isn't horrible but you probably wouldn't want to spend more than a few hours at it unless you were a beginner.
There's a rumored one both in lincoln and omaha but i haven't seen it with my own eyes.
