Easy tricks to teach???

I'm in need of a couple (one even would do) of easy tricks to teach dogs and ideas for how to go about doing so. We've been practising "crawl" and "spin" but I'd say our success is only so-so..... any ideas or thoughts on how to better our success rate, or other tricks to learn, would be gratefully appreciated!
