Granby System Wrestling announces the release of the first ever comprehensive Youth Wrestling Video Series. This series includes four videos covering all aspects of wrestling: top, bottom, and takedowns. These videos provide an excellent blueprint for successful youth wrestling in all positions. Each tape is easy to understand and is loaded with skills and techniques, drills to learn by, games to develop balance and improve technique, and exciting live examples of each hold.
These videos are produced and presented by National Hall of Fame Coach Keith Lowrance, director of Granby System Wrestling. Lowrance, a Big Ten Champion and All-American, coached several state champion teams, dozens of state champions and All-Americans, with an outstanding overall record of 234-27-2. As director of Granby System Wrestling, he has taught and mentored hundreds of coaches and wrestlers to state championship level performance.
