Lots of these Guts in Va. Beach, could settle many Dissagements: 
Reflects the end of the regular season (ie- state tournaments) and some of the all-star meets. All wrestlers are ranked at their state tournament weight class.
As always, one result does not a ranking make. Totality considerations come into play, looking mostly at events within this "cycle".
