BOTTOM CLINIC: Designed to help wrestlers fully grasp two of the most deficient moves, Granbys and Defense Legs. Will also focus on mastering Stand Ups and other various techniques.

1:00-3:00PM, Grades 3rd-6th
3:00-5:00pm, Grades 7th-H.S.
TAKEDOWN CLINIC: Focuses on developing successful Throws, Single Legs, Double Legs, Front Head Series, Chain wrestling and mastering Hand Fighting. At the Collegiate level, Hand Fighting is incorporated regularly in wrestling, developing the skill will give wrestlers an early advantage in the advanced levels of wrestling.

CLINIC FEES: Beginner Clinics $12.00 each or $29.00 for all three. Grade 3rd-H.S. clinics $24.00 each or $65.00 for all three.
