Please be advised that the league’s ‘Pre-Season’ meeting will be held at the: Totton Sports Club (ex BAT), Southern Gardens, off Ringwood Road, Totton, commencing at 8.00pm. Thursday 20 August. Attendance at this meeting by all clubs is very important and mandatory, it is at this meeting that you will receive your team’s fixtures, result cards, fixture cards and League Handbooks. These items will not be posted to non-attending clubs but will have to be collected from myself. Please also take note of Rule 6h which states: Any continuing Member Club failing to be represented at the Annual General Meeting and also the Pre-Season meeting without satisfactory reason being given shall be fined £10.00
