I have checked out the author who is requesting this infdormation and they are a legitimate writer....... I am re-producing this from a Birman Cat list that I frequent and I would like to post it here in case some of you have a story or two that you would like to tell..........it sounds like it will be a great book. By all means share your story here but also e-mail the essence of it to the author directly - " I am writing a book about people's encounters with cat ghosts, which is due to hit the shelves March 2007. My deadline is September 1. I am looking for stories of people's paranormal encounters with cats and cat ghosts. They can be scary, comforting, cat ghost legends, cat hauntings of public places, famous cat hauntings, warnings, threats, etc. I'm also interested in haunted objects like cat statues, can openers, cat toys...you get the idea. Maybe you took a photo and Fluffy was sitting beside you even though he died two years ago. Please send stories to: ghoster@pobox.com .
