This might sound funny, but I once went on this really, ultra healthy diet. The diet was the 'Fit for life' diet and I heard about it and purchased the book written by the 'designers' of the diet. They made particular mention of the fact that you would notice excessive wind and a bad 'elimination' odour for up to 6 weeks, while your system eliminates all toxins etc. Maybe the odour is so offensive now, while his system adjusts to the new food etc. It may settle down in the next few weeks. Mean while...pretend to clean the litter tray and see if you can fool him. Sorry there isn't really anything that can cover up that stink, is there?
