If you've already tried everything, maybe you should take her to the vet - it might be something medical. Has anything at home changed? Sorry I can't give any better suggestions, but I think if you've looked at the litter, the trays, the sprays (keeping in mind that lots of furries hate chemicals - the smells etc), then you need to look at the home environment to see if you can pick what has changed (if anything at all) and then if none of that applies, she'll need a professional's help.
