Hi all, a few months ago i sold a little devon kitten to a lady in Melbourne, well 13 days after she took her home i had a call to say the kitten was very sick at the vet 3 days later the kitten died the lady desided to do a postmortam and to our shock it came back that she died from salmanalla this is 12hour bug that had come from the kitten eating mouse poo that was found in the ladys kitchen. I offered her another kitten for half price but she would have to have to have a male as my sister wants to keep the only female to show but the lady only wants a girl not a boy so i offered her a female from the next litter but she wants one now, i also offered her to help find a female and i would pay half the price but none of this suits her and she thinks i should give her a full refund. Do you think i am responsible to do this or not i really thought that what i have offered was very fair. What would all you's do in this position????
