Thank-you all for your support,i do have a copy of the postmortom so i know the kitten did die.The lady has rang me back and we have worked out that she will take another kitten for half price. Even though i am not responsible to do that i do feel better about it and remembering it must be hard for her to know that she is at fault for her kittens death. This lady live's alone and really misers her kitten,i have also high lighted a lot of things in her kitten guarentee so she understands everything.She is due to pick the new kitten up on friday night so i will let you all know how it all go's.Thanks again.
