Hi Karren, this is very sad to hear!! I think you are doing the right thing by offering another kiten for half price. As it happened at the new owners place, its not your fault. As you know when you sell a kitten they can stress for a few days whilst they get used to their new enviroment and they can get a little sick from the stress of moving. I dont think you should give the lady her money back at all as its proven not to be your fault! If I sold a kitten and the dear little thing got out and was run over does that make me responsible? No. This is a freak thing that has happened and is really no ones fault. Dont worry you sound like a very good breeder with a heart! Good on you rest in peace little devon ange
