I try the curiosity factor with kittens ..they cannot resist !! I sit within their vision and play with toys I think will interest them ..okay it sounds weird but they have to help you ...I play ( by myself ..doh!)and have a lot of fun with scrunched up foil..paper on a string, dried leaves are good ..a fair supply and crumple them up ...I pretty much guarantee kitty will come to help you.Throw them ,roll them, drag along ..if kitty plays with you ..occassionally pat them within the game. and roll them over and rub a tummy ..help them get used to being touched..don't push it too far at first. It just takes time ...
