It is probably nothing important but if she has pus coming from the eye it means there is an infection and probably not an alergy. She probably should have a vet visit but if that is not immediately possible get some saline solution that you use with contact lenses and warm a little and bath her eye two to three times a day. If it does not clear up fairly quickly maybe a vet check is in order.
