Liz, I am aware of everything you said, but unfortunately I am NOT in control of anything. I made suggestions to the vet, but it's ultimately her decision what will she do with the kitten. I have not seen the kitten, just wanted to help, because the vet asked for it. She rescues animals regularly, even raises babies until they are fit to be homed, so she ha s a lot of experience with these matters. I believe too that the breeder needs to know - but the owner requested confidentiality. He thought the kitten was blue point and when the vet told him it was a chocolate point he was very upset. So I am not sure whether the kitten was sold as a blue point or chocolate point or what was happening, it's confusing.
