I adopted my female cat Rory when she was 9 months old. She had just been spayed and the area under her belly was shaved. However, it is coming up on 2 years and her fur has not grown back. I have asked vets about it and nobody seems to know why her fur hasn't grown back. She has checked out as healthy in every way. Does anyone have any ideas what is going on? Thanks in advance! -Beth
