Your cat should get usedto being an indoors cats, My mother was faced with a similar problem and her girl is now happy to be indoors lounging around! As long as they know where their toilet tray is. Sometimes they will cry to be let out but once they get used to the idea of being indoors they are usally fine, it is a much safer option for our feline friends.
