Cats1, the Bobcats have had an unprecedented run in Goody's tenure. Demanding more playoff wins is a cop out. Cambridge's football facilities are the worst in the league. The locker rooms for both the home and visitors are disgraceful, the lack of public restrooms is an embarassment and the field itself is constantly in need of repair. The press box looks decent on the outside but has been neglected and now needs an overhaul from the inside out.
Five years in a row of 7-3 or better certainly indicates the program is headed in the right direction. What is needed by the coaches and the players is the same commitment from the community, the boosters and the board. At the very least a concrete plan with a timetable for the necessary improvements.
Cambridge has earned the respect of it's opponents on the field, now it's time to step up and show some pride in their accomplisments and bring the stadium up to date.
