How did I know you'd respond to this thread? Actually it was an establishment record but not a personal best. My personal best was in Athens when I recorded as time of 41.38 seconds, earning All-Ohio honors.
I now hold records in Heath, Athens, and Cincinnati. I'm trying to play this into a deal like Jarrod did with Subway. I just need a good manager. I have marked the Labor day World Wingfest in Buffalo, NY as my coming out party in the I.F.O.C.E. (International Federatation of Championship Eating. The M.L.E. (Major League Eating) record is held by Joey Chestnut at 182 wings in 12 minutes. I think the world record is within the grasp of my jaws. If I can maintain the 41 second pace for 12 minutes I would down over 200, making me the undisputed world champion.
What we allow, we encourage.
