Cambridge High's Timmy Harvey was selected "Player of the Year" in baseball in the East Central Ohio League for 2009.
Joining Harvey, a senior pitcher-outfielder-first baseman, on the ECOL first team in baseball was Cambridge teammate Tyler Hardesty.
Second team selections from CHS included senior catcher Zach Freeman and senior outfielder Taylor Leppla, while honorable mention picks include senior infielder Winston Turner.
The "Coach of the Year" in baseball is Ryan Range of New Philadelphia, which finished third behind Dover and Cambridge.
