Cats1, I agree with you 100%, however the cases that have made it to the Supreme Court indicate they don't. The court has upheld a schools ability to have drug testing with reasonable cause and an accurate and reasonable testing procedure.
They have not supported overall random or mandatory testing of an entire student body.
