Football and basketball have been fortunate for the past 15 or so years that Ray Sims has been involved with keeping the stats. He does a great job and takes pride in that responsibilty.
I don't know if you've ever spent a little time reading the history of Cambridge basketball, but if you want to see what kind of work Ray does, check it out. You would think he was there personally for every season.
In basketball we've taken his efforts and given him the title of uniform/practice gear manager. Raty has the responsibility of giving out unis and practice gear. He keeps records of all sizes and there is no doubt as to who has what equipment.
What we allow, we encourage.
