1. US-22 toward Steubenville (61.7 miles)
2. Take ramp right toward East Liverpool (.4 miles)
3. Keep straight onto OH-213 (227 feet)
4. Turn left onto OH-7 North / Ohio River Scenic Byway (17 miles)
5. Keep straight onto OH-7 / OH-39 North / Ohio River Scenic Byway (4.4 miles)
6. Arrive at 844 W 8th St, East Liverpool
Alternate Route
If you're not especially fond of OH-22, you can take 70 East to Bridgeport. Get off at Bridgeport and take 7 North from Bridgeport to OH-39 North. If you take this route it will be right at 100 miles and 1 hr 50 minutes. 10-15 minutes longer but you're not on OH-22.
